Since I was a little kid, I’ve always been very passionate about the underwater world and exploring the unknown. My dream job was underwater archeologist and looking for sunken treasures. I did my first dive in 1995 at the age of 10 in my home city of Paris, and after training in the pool for a year I took my first plunge in the ocean that same summer on the south coast of France. I’ve never stopped diving since, and have been exploring the oceans and caves of the world for the last 27 years.

I first came to the Mexican Caribbean in the year 2000 to dive the shallow reefs of Cozumel island, and the region has always held a very special place in my heart. It was my first contact with a tropical biome and I never forgot about it. My progression as a technical diver took me back to the area about 10 years ago to pursue cave diving specifically, and it has changed my life entirely. After discovering the beauty that lies beneath the cenotes, I moved to Mexico full time to dedicate myself to the exploration of the cave systems. I have been working as a guide and instructor ever since then, and being able to introduce my students to this wonderful environment is a real treat !
